By accessing or using Rapha ("the Service") at getrapha.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rapha is an AI-powered meal planning service that generates personalized nutrition plans based on health information you provide. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create meal suggestions informed by clinical nutrition guidelines for various health conditions.

The Service is intended as an informational tool to support — not replace — care from qualified healthcare professionals.

3. Not Medical Advice

The meal plans, nutrition information, and content generated by Rapha:

• Are for informational and educational purposes only
• Do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Are not a substitute for professional medical advice from your physician
• Are not a substitute for personalized guidance from a registered dietitian
• Should not be used in medical emergencies

You are solely responsible for all decisions you make regarding your health and diet. Rapha is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate health information to the best of your ability
• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not share your account with others
• Not use the Service for emergency medical situations
• Consult your physician before acting on dietary recommendations
• Be at least 18 years old to use the Service

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Rapha offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe.

• Free tier: Includes 1 meal plan at no charge.
• Paid subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@getrapha.com.

6. Intellectual Property

The meal plans generated by Rapha are provided for your personal use. You may download, print, and share them with your healthcare providers. You may not resell or redistribute generated plans commercially.

The Rapha brand, software, and underlying technology are owned by Rapha and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any health outcomes, dietary changes, or decisions made based on generated meal plans.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Rapha in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the meal plans will be suitable for your specific medical needs, or that following them will result in any particular health outcome.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
